The Athlete for Life program was inspired by the overwhelming requests from former teammates, friends, and family to have a training program that fit their stage in life. Those that once called the athletic fields home, wanted a program that gives them back that strength, speed, and power they once had.

Let's be honest, they spent a good portion of their life training, competing, and taking care of their body so that it takes care of them on the field. The aim of this program is to ensure that your body continues to always take care of you and the things you love to do. The abilities don't have to be lost because we don't use them for sport anymore. We grow and evolve as people. Our hobbies and habits change but being an Athlete for Life? That should always remain the same.

This 12-week program is built to take you back to that lifestyle. These sessions will help you develop the tools necessary to carry out everything you could ever hope for in your daily life and some. You will have the endurance to hike for hours, the strength to build that deck, the speed to play in that basketball league, and the discipline to maintain a fit and active lifestyle.

FAQs
Is this program right for me?
The answer is yes! This program was designed with the beginner to intermediate athlete in mind. You can modify or regress any exercises that are too difficult at anytime. That allows for a new experience even when you come back to the program next time around!
How much communication will I get with a coach?
Since this program isn't Coach Draper's main training job, you can expect a reply within a MAXIMUM of two business days.
How long will I have this program for?
You will have access to this program for an entire year from the purchase date. But the program will be archived after 8 weeks. This means that you won't have access to the coach chat after 8 weeks.
