Our evidence-based approach integrates seamlessly with your existing schedule through programming that complements rather than competes with your skills training. The program includes sport-specific strength and conditioning protocols and injury prevention strategies that address the unique vulnerability patterns in combat sports.

Who is this for?
This is for the combat athlete looking to streamline their S&C for injury prevention and performance. Whether you're an amateur, professional or looking to get into the sport. This program eliminates all the guesswork from where to start and points you in the right direction.
Can I do extra conditioning on top of the programming?
Yes you can, however this is entirely dependent on your skills coaches programming. Cut back on the conditioning if your skills coach has programmed in sprints (bag, bikes, rower, track, hills).
Can I use this program for my fight camp?
This program will not be customised to your fitness level and will need appropriate tapering. If you are after a custom fight camp program, feel free to get in touch.
Can I continue the program once the 6 weeks is done?
Absolutely, there are always more adaptations that can occur when repeating a program however, eventually your body will need specific programming to reach your highest level.
If I don't have have all the equipment, can I still do the program?
You can, however to really squeeze the juice and get maximum return on the program, you should have access to all the gear or a gym membership.
