GET STRONGER, FITTER & MORE EXPLOSIVE — WITHOUT SACRIFICING YOUR MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING

Warrior Strength is a structured 12-week strength & conditioning programme that we have designed for everyday martial artists who want to get stronger, fitter, and more explosive without spending their life in the gym.

If you train BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, or boxing (another martial art), this programme is for you. Warrior Strength gives you 3 focused S&C sessions per week that are designed to complement your martial arts training (rather than compete with it).

Over 12 weeks, you'll build strength, power and conditioning while developing a more resilient body that can recover faster and handle the demands of regular martial arts training better.

Your martial arts training comes first.

That's why Warrior Strength keeps things simple. No unnecessary volume and no training like a professional athlete when you've got a job, family and a life outside the gym.

Just 12 weeks of structured, progressive S&C for normal people who take their martial arts seriously.

I've spent 15+ years training martial arts, I'm a BJJ purple belt and I've trained at 160+ gyms around the world. I've also worked as a strength & conditioning coach, combining experience on the mats with evidence-based S&C programming. Like most people here, training martial arts isn't my full-time job. That's why I created Fighters Strength — the S&C for everyday martial artists.

"I worked with the Fighters Strength during the build up to my last BJJ competition. I was fighting in a lower weight class, but wanted to maintain my strength. At the start of my program everything was explained to me, and we had regular meetings to track my progress."

BJJ Competitor & Lawyer

Verified Athlete

"I train BJJ to stay fit and keep the weight off. I was finding myself getting injured regularly and wanted to keep up with some of the younger lads at the gym. I've been working with the Fighters Strength for the last 6 months. Im getting stronger and my grappling game is improving."

Muay Thai Hobbyist

Verified Athlete

"I train Muay Thai a few times a week and used to struggle to get through the full session. Since working with Gaz, I feel stronger, more explosive and less tired in between rounds."
