Welcome to BTB Speed & Agility! This Volleyball specific program is designed to elevate your athletic potential. This is your first big step to maximizing your volleyball-specific speed, agility, power and strength.
This program is designed as a complete speed, agility as well as strength and conditioning program for nearly any level of volleyball athlete. This training helps athletes react more quickly, get to the ball with more power, move up and down the court effortlessly, hit the ball harder, out jump opponents, and dominate the competition.
Set up for two days per week, any young athlete can implement this training into their busy life while not losing focus on school, being a good community member, family member and enjoying the sport that they love!
