UNDER PRESSURE
4 weeks. 3 days a week. 60 minutes. That's all you get — and that's the point.
Most lifters don't have a strength problem. They have a wasted-time problem. Scrolling between sets. Junk volume. Two-hour sessions that produce forty minutes of actual work.
Under Pressure removes the slack. Every session is built around one idea: put your body under pressure it can't ignore, for exactly as long as it takes — and not a minute longer. Same barbell lifts you already know. A completely different relationship with the clock.
Here's what I'll tell you. Here's what I won't.
What you get:

4 weeks of barbell-focused strength training, 3 sessions per week
60 minutes, door to door — including a targeted activation warm-up and a 10-minute conditioning finisher that ends every session on empty
A progression model that forces adaptation week over week without adding gym time

What I'm not telling you: how the work is structured. That's the program. What I will tell you is that by week 2 you'll understand why an hour under pressure beats two hours going through the motions — and by week 4 you'll have the numbers to prove it.
Built for people who train three days a week, want to be strong for decades, and refuse to make the gym their entire personality.
$20. Four weeks. No wasted minutes.
