A beginner friendly program, building you up slowly but surely to your very first full run. Starting from the very bottom - Run, Walk, Run style, then week by week increasing the time you spend running to hopefully get you to that first none stop run!
No pressure, no real distance just getting you to take that first step. Lets get you enjoying running.
Specific programming for beginner runner, nice and slow, nice and steady. A 6 week program with 2 runs per week to get you started. The exact type of runs I would do if I was starting from absolute scratch.

Warm up- 30s run/30s walk x2 - If you need to stop and stretch do so - Lets works// #1 30s run /40s walk x3 #2 50s run/1min walk x3 #3 1min run/30s walk x2 *really focus on your breathing here - be calm, slow it down! Its a shorter break but you only have 2 reps of it so back yourself Warm down- 2 minuet walk
