This program is used along with a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) movement (mobility and stability) analysis and a golf swing analysis. The information gained from these screenings helps with mobility and stability specific programming that will be specific to each individual program buyer and delivered on a separate app. The programming delivered here will be focused on RAPIDLY developing strength for a novice or beginner lifter (no barbell training experience at all or over one year since training). Communication between coach and athlete will be used to help progress exercise weight and make adjustments to golf mobility/stability programming. Further, golf drills will be programmed as a separate routine that the athlete can perform at the golf range to bridge the gap between movement capability (strength, stability, mobility) and golf swing. TPI movement and swing anlaysis can be performed online (zoom) and face to face. A progress evaluation for both screenings is also included at the end of the program.
