Intro to Swordlifting Combos is a Leverage Based Strength Training program developed for owners of the Dragonslayer workout sword from Ashman Athletics.
It is a 12 week program with 24 Swing Day Workouts and 12 Combo Day Challenges designed to make you a champion of heavy sword swinging!
Each Swing Day Workout rehearses swings, guards, and other skills for you to master before a Combo Day Challenge at the end of each week. The goal of the challenge will be to perform a continuous sequence of skills on both sides; proving your giant sword mastery! There is a new combo every week that increases in difficulty throughout the program, so good luck!
This new style of training improves mobility, full body strength, endurance, and coordination. Whether you're seeking an engaging challenge, variety for your routine, or just a cool new hobby; Intro to Swordlifting Combos will become your new favorite way to train!
