Faith in Pink is a 6-week training program designed to strengthen your muscles, build bone density, prevent injuries, and help feel your best self doing day to day activities! Whether you are an active athlete competing for your next event or training to stay active in your everyday life, I have designed this program to work for you.
My goal is to help individuals live their strongest healthiest life inside and outside of the gym. I have structured each week with lower body, upper body, conditioning and corrective movements to keep you strong, health, and flexible no matter what your lifestyle.
