Beginner strength program for Massage Therapists. We will focus on building a solid foundation of strength and stability. Emphasis is placed on core strength, posture improvement, and joint stability. We will focus on building up strength in major movements so that the demands of massage therapy become easier. The joints and connective tissue will adapt to be stronger so that you can prolong your career. Working more years at the standard you started treating at. No more compromising treatments because of age and wear.

Since I've shifted to becoming full time massage therapist one of my major decisions was keeping myself strong and healthy in the gym so i could preform in the workplace. Fifteen years later I am doing more treatments than ever before and thriving.

"Post pandemic, I was done with anything online. Then I was traveling for two months and I needed expert support on getting stronger. Brandon filled that role quite impressively and in two months, I found myself lifting my bodyweight and more! Brandon’s got me excited on making gains consistently."
