The game of baseball occurs in short, explosive bursts. Explosiveness is Power - the ability to generate the greatest amount of force in the shortest amount of time. Therefore, power is the number one tool all baseball players should seek. Who is this program designed for?
High School baseball players who are looking to improve their athletic performance.
What level of training experience is required for this program?
This program is a perfect fit for athletes with little training experience and those with a few years of training.
How long does each training session (workout) take?
Each training session is designed to last about 60 minutes, but can fluctuate depending on an athlete's prior training experience.
Once I purchase the program, how long do I get access to it?
You will have access to the program for one year.
What should I do after I finish the eight weeks?
You have a few options. You can repeat the program a second time, using heavier weights to continue to progress. Or, you can reach out to us and we can set you up with a more advanced eight week training program.
