This is a Beginner to Intermediate level program that packs the basics of gaining strength & lean muscle into an easy-to-understand 8-week structure. After 15+ years of lifting, this split has resulted in my best physique yet.

No, a gym with some basic equipment is required. Be on the lookout for at-home/dumbbell-only programs in the near future!
