This program is a by-product of almost 10 years of submerging myself in to this profession. It is comprised of the same systems and methods I use with our Volleyball team.
In Volleyball, physicality is half the sport. If you can jump higher than everyone else, you immediately have an advantage. It is not difficult to get someone to jump higher, most any training will yield results with consistency. Over the past 5 years, I have slowly narrowed my scope into maximizing that singular quality. Going all in on trying to get our athlete to jump as** high as possible**.
There are 3 components I believe impact jump height:
You can't alter genetics, but the skills related to jumping and the structures involved can be improved. This program was designed to develop the structural underpinnings I believe are necessary to maximize the genetic ceiling.
