The perfect introduction to handstands! For the first time ever, we are releasing our in-house custom programming available to the public. At Ghetto Movement we put value in guiding you through learning new movements with both education & programming. Our 8-week level 1 handstands & mobility program is tailored for coaches & athletes who are wanting to understand the fundamentals of holding a handstand, and how to build the specific mobility requirements for this skill.
You can expect to develop from our programming;
An understanding of how to prepare your wrists & shoulders for a handstand
Gain the key fundamentals necessary for athletes in the beginner-intermediate stage of handstands (less than a 10 second handstand off the wall)
Increase your hip mobility & compression strength necessary for our level 2 programming
Improve your awareness and exposure in what can be a daunting new skill for some to learn
On top of all this we offer feedback and guidance through your 8 week program, we encourage video submission and communication to ensure your movements are being completed optimally.
