Do you need help deciding where to start? Are you an advanced athlete who is stuck in a rut? Do you want to lose fat? Do you want to gain muscle? Good news: The Apex Program solves all the above problems.

This program is 12 weeks long and is built in three phases that are four weeks apiece. Phase 1 is 3 days a week of full-body training. Phase 2 shifts us to four 4 days a week, where we train the lower body twice and the upper body twice. In Phase 3, we go back to a 3-day split with new conditioning and strength levels to safely add weight and mechanical tension.

As long as you continue to progress, the exercise selection, volume, and frequency will not accumulate unnecessary fatigue or under-stimulate you. Is this program good for weight loss?
This program is perfect for fat loss and body recomposition. Fat and weight loss is largely decided by your diet, but this program is a perfect addition.
Can this program help me build muscle?
Absolutely. If you want to get jacked, all you have to do is continue to progress on this program. Commit, focus, and go for it. Muscle is all about mechanical tension; I worked hard to accentuate it.
Is this suitable for advanced trainees?
I use this exact program. It is suitable if you've never lifted a weight and if you are the final boss!
