Do you need help deciding where to start? Are you an advanced athlete who is stuck in a rut? Do you want to lose fat? Do you want to gain muscle? Good news: The Apex Program solves all the above problems.
This program is 12 weeks long and is built in three phases that are four weeks apiece. Phase 1 is 3 days a week of full-body training. Phase 2 shifts us to four 4 days a week, where we train the lower body twice and the upper body twice. In Phase 3, we go back to a 3-day split with new conditioning and strength levels to safely add weight and mechanical tension.
I love this program for just about every walk of life. My whole goal in designing this program was to make something that would apply to every single motivated person. If you are interested in looking better naked and feeling better too, commit yourself to the Apex Program.

Verified Athlete"I don’t think I can ever stop thanking you, man. We went to Vegas, and I was the most in-shape dude at the pool. I felt great not hiding myself neck down and walking around in shame. I was shirtless and proud of it for the first time in my life. You gave me that, dude. Thanks, brother!"
