The AC Health & Performance Beginner Functional Fitness Program is designed to introduce youth athletes and young individuals to the fundamentals of strength training, functional movement, and physical skill development.
This program focuses on teaching movement before adding complexity or intensity. Youth participants will learn how to control their bodies, develop basic strength, improve coordination, and build confidence in a structured training environment.
What This Program Develops

Learn fundamental strength movements using age-appropriate exercises and progressive resistance.
🧠 Movement Skill & Body Awareness
Develop an understanding of how to control, stabilize, and move the body effectively.

Improve balance, coordination, agility, jumping, landing, and other foundational athletic skills.

Practice movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, carrying, bracing, and locomotion.
