Winter is coming and your mountains are calling for you. Before you get your gear tuned and your equipment packed, you need to take care of your body and get it ready to move. This course is design by a Doctor of Physical Therapy that works specificaly with skiers and snowboarders all year long. Snowbeast Performance is in Essex Junction, Vermont, and working with Winter athletes is our passion. By getting ready for Winter now, you'll start the season fresher, and each day you'll last longer. Take care of your body now while you wait for the inches to accumulate.
