This will not only increase your strength and have you hitting Personal Records EVERY WEEK, but also make you look like a Super Hero. This program is super simple to follow. Complete those 2 weeks and from there rotate exercises or replace some and tweak it a little. Remember the focus is too build strength from RPT (Reverse Pyramid Training) Which means to Start with the heaviest Weight first then go down. This is also a program that is Low Volume and you NEED REST. That is why we only train 3 times a week max!
