If you're an athlete who wants to improve your ability on the field by jumping higher, running faster. cutting smoother, and just being more coordinated, this program is designed for you.

All athletes need a foundation of high quality movement in order to find success on the field and this program provides you with that!

From learning how to rotate, building body awareness and feel, to developing a solid base of power and speed, this program is designed to help you become a better athlete.

This 6 week program will provide 3 workouts a week with each having a different focus - from building your body from the ground up, introducing and progressing you through plyometrics, and helping you become a faster runner.

No equipment is needed either! You just need to trust the drills and exercises that Brandon has put together.

With the work put in, after 6 weeks you'll be a better mover and athlete!

Build Awareness and Coordination
All athletes need to feel and be aware where they are in space. The drills in this program are designed to give you the coordination that's needed to be more successful in your sport!

If you can get from point A to point B as smoothly as possible, you can perform at a higher level. Better prep yourself for jumping , cutting, and running through the drills and exercises of this program. The cleaner you move here, the more you can find success in your sport!

Who is this for?
Any athlete, from high school, college, and even recreational players!
What if I miss a day?
The program is designed to have 3 workouts a week. If you miss one, it won't hurt you but you should do your best to make it up!
Do we need a gym to do this program?
No! You just need space! You'll be moving 10-30 yards on some exercises so all you need is space!
