Does this program include Powerlifting?
No, I've designed this program with exercises which are more suitable for boxers, including the Trap Bar Deadlift, Weighted Push-Up and Weighted Chin-Up
Do I need to test myself before & after the program?
Testing is not mandatory, but it's recommended; it can demonstrate the progress you've made with the 8-week program
Can I improve with only 2 sessions per week?
Yes, two sessions a week is ideal for boxers as it offers the necessary stimulus for improvement while allowing more time for focused boxing training
Where can I do this program?
In most gyms: before joining one, make sure they have the equipment needed for the program
