This is a 3-day a week supplementary program, this is meant to be added onto your current training program, or can be used as a stand-alone training program. The goal of this program is to build a solid Aerobic endurance and aerobic power base. Who would benefits from this program? Simple, the athlete who is stronger and faster than enduring. Every Human needs a solid aerobic base to perform many basic tasks in sport and in life. Don't fall behind in either because you neglected your aerobic engine.

How long will each day take me?
Training days in this program range from 60-90 minutes.
Can I add strength Training to this program?
Yes! in fact, we recommend it.
Do I have to do the training on the programmed days?
No. You can do them in a way that fits best with your current training program.
How many times can I do this program?
This program is designed to be done multiple times. At the end of the cycle you can use your improved scores as new baseline numbers to repeat the program.
Do I have to use an assault runner on the running days?
No! you can run anywhere. Get outside!
Who is this program for?
Simple, the athlete who is stronger and faster than enduring. Do you struggle at anything longer than 5-minutes? Then this program is for you.
