Primal is a 4 week workout program I designed for people who workout from home or don't have access to a lot of machines and other exercise equipment. All you need is your own bodyweight, dumbbells, chair/bench, and resistance bands! However, using minimal equipment does not mean it is easy. Primal will challenge you each week by progressively getting more difficult. The workout week consists of 3 strength training days, and 2 low intensity cardio and ab cicuit days. This is the perfect program for those looking for a quick yet challenging workout!

FAQs
How many days a week is Primal
Primal consists of 3 strength training days and 2 low intensity/ab circuit days.
How long are the workouts?
You should be able to complete each workout in 45 minutes. This of course depends on how long of breaks you take.
What equipment do I need?
The equipment needed for Primal is very minimal. All you need is your bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a chair/bench.
What if I miss a day? Do I need to do the workouts on the given day?
Don't let a missed workout be an excuse for you to quit. Just pick up where you left off. The way I have the program written out may not be optimal for you. I have the workouts 5 days in a row. You can change it to fit your schedule. You may want to workout M,T,TH,F,S instead of just M-F.
Is there a waiver, release, and assumption of risk?
The full waiver, release, and assumption of risk can be found on day 1 of Primal. By purchasing Primal you are agreeing to the full terms of the waiver, release, and assumption of risk. You agree that Bergey Strength Training LLC is not responsible for any injuries or death.
