Upliift Parents is designed by busy parents who get it.

We know you have a REAL JOB TO DO, to keep your family happy and healthy, and we created Uplift Parents to give you a training program that is simple, easy to implement, and can be completed in 10-25 minutes, all while your little one naps or you get a free moment to yourself.

No gym needed!

No equipment needed!

Let's just get back in the routine.

We know how powerful momentum can be, and this program is intended to get that momentum started for you.

We'll have follow-on programs (Phases 2 + 3) once you've crushed these 8 weeks.

There's not 1 single workout that will "make" this program so don't get discouraged if a fussy day comes upon you (or your baby) or you have to adjust your schedule.

Have fun, give yourself some grace, and do your best.

Jessica puts an emphasis on coaching the whole person not just the athlete and is one of the best, helping hundreds of athletes to reach their potential in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
