When your hips are feeling sore and achy it can really make you feel old beyond your years.

In terms of performance when skating the hips can be a gateway to smooth and efficient movements in things like pop, pushing, flick and landing, or the sticking point in transferring unnecessary forces up (lower back) or down (knees) the chain.

This is why the Buttery Hips program is here today. To help skaters unlock the power house of lower body movement.

Every aspect of a skater's hip performance has been meticulously thought through in this one-of-a-kind program that will have your hips going from budget to buttery and beyond.

The Difference
Putting together random exercises you got from the internet will only get you random results. The difference with this program is the cohesive thought that has gone into building it. We take the time to take the hips apart before rebuilding them again piece by piece. Every exercise has been meticulously thought about and has it place. Each phase builds from one to the next.

The Result
This ensures you not only get the best results but most importantly keep them as we arm your hips with the capability to deal with the loads they will be placed under in the life of a skater.

FAQs
Do I need equipment for this program?
Although highly recommended for best results to have a band and a dumbbell there is options to be able to do the program without both.
What if I am a beginner?
We give beginner – advanced variations for exercises as well as start in the earlier phases by giving you the potential to handle the harder variations as the program moves on.
What injuries does this program cover?
By taking apart the hips and working on the system as a whole we are able to help with multiple injuries such as: labrum issues, groin pain, adductor issues, glute issues, sciatica issues and lower back pain. Most importantly we are able to go beyond fixing the issue by helping solve the root cause.
