The Plan
We’re dialing in strength, stamina, and mobility, making sure your body is ready for long days on the slopes followed by long nights at après.
Leg & Core Strength – We’re building up your quads, hamstrings, and glutes so you don’t end up doing the dreaded quad burn squat of death every time you stop. Core strength means better balance, better control, and fewer wipeouts.
Endurance Training – You’re not here for a couple of runs and a nap—you’re here to max out your ski pass. That means anaerobic threshold work, high-rep strength training, and cardio that actually carries over to the slopes.
Joint Mobility & Recovery Work – Because stiff, immobile riders don’t last long. We’re keeping your knees happy, your back loose, and your body primed to handle everything from powder days to bumpy chop.
Post-Ride Recovery & Longevity – A mix of low-impact movement, flexibility work, and smart recovery so you can go again and again and again without feeling like a sack of spuds on day three.
