FAQs
I'm a beginner. Can I use this program?
It's recommended that you have 1-2 years of basic technical dance training before beginning this program. While the masterclass and instructional videos provide detailed explanations of each exercise, this will be challenging and less effective if you don't have some training under your belt.
Can I repeat the program?
Yep! You can restart the program as many times as you'd like.
How much space do I need for this program?
We recommend you complete your training sessions in a room large enough for you to feel comfortable completing a la seconde turns. There is also one across the floor exercise, so you'll need a little bit more space for that when you get to it.
