FAQs
Do I need any special equipment?
No, you don't need anything that you couldn't find in your local gym. Battle Ropes and medicine balls are the only things that your local gym may not have. If they don't, the program has replacement exercises built in!
Can you guarantee results?
While we can't technically guarantee results, if you eat right, sleep right and do every workout in the program, you will get what you want!
