The Strong & Jacked Extreme program is for advanced lifters that want to see what they're made of. If you're already used to going hard in the gym and want to take your training to an even higher level, this program is perfect for you.
You'll push yourself to the limit with heavy compound lifts (squats, presses, deadlifts, etc.)
Then, you'll enjoy extra large doses of skin busting pumps to fuel muscle growth during the accessory work.
By the end of this program, you will have pushed yourself to the extreme and left your body no choice but to grow!
PLEASE NOTE: This program will really push the limits of your recovery so it should only be attempted by experienced lifters with good recovery habits. If you are looking for an equally bad ass training program that's not quite as strenuous, check out the regular Strong & Jacked program first before moving on to this one!
