The Strong & Jacked Extreme program is for serious lifters that see what they're made of. If you're already used to going hard in the paint and want to take your training to an even higher level, this program is perfect for you.
Powerlifting focused sessions are mixed with bodybuilding focused sessions to promote simultaneous strength and muscle gains
You will train 5 days per week and complete 12 weeks of Powerbuilding focused training sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: This program will really push the limits of your recovery so it should only be attempted by experienced lifters with good recovery habits.
