**The intro to powerlifting 20 week plan is a great way to get your feet wet in the sport of powerlifting.
This program will help you build a base of good form, muscle in all of the right areas, and give you the long term structure needed to succeed in this sport and make continual progress in your own lifts.
Split up into 4 different phases, we layer things on in a way that allows you to get familiar with movements while progressing things in a way that will keep you engaged.

Dan Allison
I have been an in person and online coach since 2010, working with competitive powerlifters from the beginner to elite level. Also oversee the training of other populations (ice hockey, every day adults, and more). I have been a competitor myself since 2006 and will be for life. I can relate to you as a lifter and guide you as a coach to the fullest degree.
I know this program will help give you some stability in your plan, teach you how to go about a well rounded program, and set you up for continued success in your future.
