Any Gym USA is a program that you can execute in any basic gym. It includes how to find the right exercises, the right equipment, and make substitutions in any gym in America. 

This plan does not require specialty barbells or complicated equipment. It is great for a box gym, your local neighborhood gym, or those of you who travel and don't have a consistent home gym. 

Learn to make substitutions in a busy gym with confidence, so you can know you are doing a complete workout no matter what. 

As a bonus, the last week will introduce barbells. Everything in Weeks 1-5 is machines, dumbbells, and cables, which are available almost everywhere.
