Improving your handstands takes more than just doing more handstands. The Core 360° Handstand Development Program is designed to help you build the body awareness and strength necessary to become excellent in all things handstands!

  • 8 weeks of programming
  • 3 days per week
  • Daily length depends, 10-20 minutes
  • Good finisher or primer for other training

Core strength, awareness of body positions, as well as hand, wrist and shoulder strength are the supporting cast when it comes to handstands, and what’s developed through this program.

This program will guide you in developing the building blocks to successfully achieve your handstand skill goals.

  • This program does not include any freestanding handstands, or even balancing. The work is designed to bolster core strength, body awareness, and handstand positions to create the foundation for excellent handstands.
