This is Phase 1 of 4, building not only the aesthetics yet also the strength to back it up.

The program is using Powerbuilding methods.

The program will focus on building strength using compound lifts at sub-max intensities.

Building the Physique through accessory lifts for smaller muscle groups to reduce risk of injury and to give that full compensation of the over all Physique.

The program is for anyone who is a regular gym goer who wants to build his/her strength through functional training or just a gymbro/gymsis.

Train Like an anime character
Want to look like an aesthetic character, yet with crazy strength? Powerbuilding is the most realistic and healthy way to train for anyone who wants to build a physique that looks aesthetic, and with the strength to sustain overall health for long term.

Compound Lifts
Why? The strongest and most aesthetic people always use compound lifts to build overall muscle and strength. Using sub-maximal loads in compound lifts helps stimulate that neuromuscular adaptation to build bigger and stronger muscles.

Accessory Lifts
Accessory or Isolation is meant for smaller muscle groups that are crucial to reduce the risk of injury and help compensate the larger muscles to become stronger and lift heavier.

Core and Mobility
Understanding how core muscles work is critical to know how to work them. Using functional core exercises to build a stable and strong core coupled with mobility exercises to increase mobility is beneficial to increase the range of motion for more gains when lifting heavy objects.
