TrainFTW delivers high-quality functional fitness programming built for individuals who want to train with purpose.


Programming is built around 6–8 week training cycles, each designed to develop specific areas of strength, conditioning, endurance and skill—so you're not just working out, you're progressing.


With one clear, structured track, there’s no guesswork—just open the app and follow the plan. 


Each session includes a warm-up, main workout, skill and accessory work, movement demos, modifications, and a clear plan of attack.


The TrainFTW community keeps you connected and motivated through a shared leaderboard, group chat, coach access, and video submission.


You’ll get 5 training days and 1 active rest day and 1 mobility day each week, blending functional movement, targeted accessory work, and skill progressions to help you build real-world fitness that lasts.
