Train of Command

About this Brand

This is a Crossfit Program Designed by Crossfit affiliate owners/coaches/elite athletes: Lindsey Grasis and Nathan Kuffrey.


The program is designed to take 1:30-2 hours M, Tu, W, Fr, and Saturday.  Thursday is an active recovery day (approx 30-40 minutes), and Sunday is a complete rest day. 


Each working day will include a strength piece and metcon, as well as two additional of the following: olympic lifting, gymnastics, conditioning, or accessory work.


There will be 3 different levels within this program: RX+, RX, and fitness levels.  The description for these levels can be found under our "Train of Command" Team tab.
