The Rugby Renegade programme, is created by our team of S&C coaches and sports physiotherapists, who work at the highest level within professional rugby. As a result they understand fully the demands of the sport and have developed an S&C programme, that is transferrable from the gym to on-field dominance.
Our programme is periodized over a full season, incorporating pre-season, in-season and off-season blocks. These blocks are delivered in 4 week micro-cycles, with daily sessions delivered in great detail for EVERY TRAINING DAY - Seven days a week.
As far as equipment goes, all you need to follow our programme is a gym facility, garage or Crossfit box with barbells, kettlebells, squat rack and dumbbells...
