Next Level Performance

My name is Jake Bryan, and I am the owner and   strength and conditioning coach here at Next level performance located in South County, Missouri.  We primarily work with youth - college aged athletes along with adult aged general clients.  Our main focus for our student-athletes is to help them unlock their potential they didn't realize they had and have great success at their sport and later on in life.  

The training style here at NLP is built off foundational and scientific principles and methods.  Every athlete that comes through the doors will be treated as an individual and not put on a cookie cutter program. There is no difference when it comes to our online training platform. The more we communicate with each other, the better the training experience will be, it can be very easy to get off track when doing online training.  My goal is to go above and beyond so I can help as many dedicated and committed athletes and adults possible.
