At IEP, we are the leaders in assessing performance and equipping individuals and agencies with the knowledge, tools, and expertise to take their teams to the next level. 

Serving those who tirelessly serve us is an honor and an opportunity to enhance the abilities of each operator and team. Every person has different strengths and abilities that allow them to be successful in the tactical community. Every person also has weaknesses, and our approach is designed to expose these deficiencies contributing to weaknesses as a team. 
Our programs will serve as an intervention to maximize the potential of each operator, turning weaknesses into strengths by establishing a firm foundation in job-applicable athletic movement, then building from the ground up.
Our Director of Performance - Aaron Dugger - has over a decade of experience working with high-level athletes ranging from the Division 1 collegiate level to LE Special Operations.
