New training porgram GRAPPLING GPP - JOIN THE TEAM!
This S&C program gives you the opportunity to become a TIGER on the mat.
Every 4 weeks, I will prepare a new block of training.
You will become STRONGER, more EXPLOSIVE, pack on some muscle, and improve your gas tank!
In 2 or 3 days of strength training with some conditioning, it’s up to you whether you want to train 2 days or 3 days.
The most important thing is your sport and if you can recover—let’s train every time!
This program guarantees you power, and you will become a machine in the training room.
