Hi, I’m Coach Nate. I’m a triathlete, cyclist, active-duty Army officer, and, most importantly, someone who understands the ups and downs of a fitness journey. 


With over 20 years of experience as an athlete and coach, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—whether they’ve never touched a barbell or are seasoned athletes chasing their next big milestone.


Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. I focus on meeting you where you are, crafting a plan that fits your unique goals, challenges, and lifestyle. My background as a triathlete who competed at the Age Group World Championships, combined with 15+ years of military service, gives me a mix of grit, precision, and adaptability to help you unlock your potential.


But here’s the thing—I truly understand what it’s like to be you, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. Starting from scratch, building momentum, or breaking through a plateau—I’ve been there, and I know how to guide you through it. That’s why I’ve built my coaching philosophy around understanding and support. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or pushing for a new personal best, my goal is to help you build confidence, stay consistent, and enjoy the process.
