Designed for the competitive athlete OR anyone who wants to TRAIN like an athlete.  Our training is objective based, meaning based on  your current fitness and strength levels. Not some perceived max or projections in 12 weeks. The conjugate system will make you Stronger, Faster, and build a work capacity. 

If you are tired of not making progress year in year out, lifting the same weight, getting hurt doing box jumps this program is for you. FOCUS on Training for Performance.

We do not prescribe jumps, Olympic lift, or Power lifts for Conditioning. We build Strength and Lean Mass Week in Week out Month in Month out, through a customized training system. Our system has been inspired by some of the greatest minds in Strength and Conditioning, including Louie Simmons, Al Vermeil, Professors Yuri Verkhoshansky and several mentors in the professional strength and conditioning field.
