Alexandra Osteopilates

Alexandra is an internationally recognized Master Teacher of the Classical Pilates Method, and a certified clinical osteopath trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London, UK. She was certified by and worked alongside Joseph Pilates's protege, Romana Kryzanoska, in the legendary Dragos studio in New York City.
